Approaching People in Foreclosure
Paul
how do you approach people in foreclosure?
Wow, big question with tons of answers. I would say the most important thing is to build rapport with the homeowner. People want to do business with people they trust and people trust people that they like. When people are in foreclosure they are scared and they are angry. If you are that person that they can trust then you will probably get the deal. Also you need to have the scripts in place and be ready to use them when needed.
