Foreclosures and Real Estate Agents
When it comes to dealing with Real Estate agents for foreclosed properties, the agent has a set price even though the property will not move at a retail or close to a retail price. How do I get Agents to understand I'll buy the property now and to let the Mortgage Company or Bank to sell at the price I'm willing to buy?
Just submit an offer to the agent. Agents are required to submit all offers to the seller no matter the offer price. If you think the agent is not submitting the offer ask them for proof.
