How do I become a Foreclosure Investor
I am new at this. Where do you start first?
Here are the steps to being a successful real estate investor.
1.You must have the desire to work the business.
2.You must have the belief that you can succeed at this business
3.You must make a commitment to yourself that you will not quit
Now with those 3 things settled and ready to go it is time to get educated
4. Go to, and use, your local real estate club.
5. Invest in yourself. Find a home study system that you believe in and USE IT. Believe in that person that you have chosen and go to the bootcamps, use the system, use the coaching.
6. Go out and make offers and get a deal. Nothing takes the palce of experience.
7.Know your are going to make some mistakes in the beginning. It's OK. Learn from them and move on and become one hell of an investor.
