How do you find Foreclosures?
Paul,
What have you found to be the best way to find foreclosures?
Mary
In my opinon the best way to find foreclosures is to subscribe to a listing service that goes to the court house and compiles the list for you. From that point you take the list(hopefully in EXCEL) and you begin to manipulate the foreclosure list and find which properties have the most equity in the house. These are your "high probability targets and the ones you want to go after. Remember to go after these quickly as other investors are going after them as well. To me the quickest way to get yourself a deal is to go and knock on the door and talk to the owner.
