I am a CPA and am interestred in working for my self. I have been exploring the loss mitigation field to help homeowners retain their homes. I also know that when I cannot help the homeowner, the possibility of investing in teir homes is a possibilty via short sales or other avenues that I need to learn.

Do you have any comments about these websites on the internet that will teach you the loss mitigation field and then support you on the back end in dealing with the lenders to negotiate a new deal with the homeowners.

Would love to read your comments. I also enrolled in your free mini series on foreclosure investing.

Raul,

I would suggest to you that the way to learn the business of short sales is to do them. Why would you want to give away 1/2 your profit when you can have it all.

The way to learn this business is to take a course that someone that has done a number of these and can teach you the ropes. There is a method to dealing with loss mitigation. The lenders do not generally deal with the homeowners to do a short sale.

Good Luck

Paul
