200 offers per month

I heard that you submit 40 to 60 offers to buy per week. I know these are all lowball offers, but my question is what type of forms do you use to submit and how do you submit?
If thru Realtors, do they use their "board approved" forms, normally a 7 to 10 page document?
And if you do use Realtors, how do they react to your volumn of low ball offers?
If presenting your own, without Realtor, what form do you use and how do you send it, email? fax? Would love to hear your answer.

The way that I do this by creating a word doc where all I have to do is to change the address and the price. I then fax the offer at 70% of listed value. I also suggest in the letter that should they decline my offer please call me and lets talk about the houjse and tell me why I should offer more. This starts a dialogue with them.

The realtors reaction vary. Some don't understand, but some are business people who understand that I am trying to buy houses.
