What is the quickest way to sell a home when you are doing short sales?

There are a number of ways to sell houses quickly. The quckest way is to price is right, below value. You don't make money when you sell real estate, you make it when you buy it so buy it right. You can also offer owner financing to attract more buyers. But the real trick is to buy it right.
